Semboloni Audio Italia currently provides delivery services to the following regions:

European Union:

• All EU member states with standard delivery

• Free shipping on orders over €5,000 within the EU

International Shipping:

• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway

• United States, Canada

• China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan)

• Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan

• Other countries: Please contact us for availability

For remote areas or special addresses, our customer service team will contact you after order confirmation to arrange delivery details and timing.

2. Delivery Times

European Union:

• Italy (domestic): 3-5 business days

• Major EU cities: 5-7 business days

• Other EU locations: 7-14 business days

International Delivery:

• United Kingdom, Switzerland: 7-14 business days

• United States, Canada: 14-21 business days

• China: 14-21 business days

• Australia, Asia Pacific: 14-28 business days

3. Shipping Costs

European Union:

• Orders over €5,000: FREE SHIPPING

• Orders under €5,000: Shipping from €50-€200 depending on size and weight

International Shipping:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, product weight, and dimensions

• International orders may be subject to local import duties and VAT

• All applicable fees will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All Semboloni products include our premium "White Glove" delivery service:

• Scheduled Delivery: We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time

• Professional Handling: Expert team delivers products to your designated room

• Unboxing & Inspection: On-site inspection of product condition and accessories

• Installation & Setup: Professional installation and basic system configuration

• Packaging Removal: All packaging materials removed, keeping your space clean

• Usage Guidance: Basic operation instructions and maintenance recommendations

White Glove service is included for all orders within the EU. For international orders, this service may be available in select cities—please contact us for details.

5. Shipping Insurance

All Semboloni products are fully insured during transit:

• Any damage during shipping is covered at our expense

• Please inspect products upon delivery and photograph any damage before signing

• Report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery

• Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the products are delivered to the consumer.
