Consumer Rights Protection

This Returns & Refunds Policy complies with the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and Article 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period:

• 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods

• For orders with multiple items delivered separately, 14 days from receipt of the last item

How to Exercise Your Right:

• Notify us of your decision to withdraw by email, phone, or in writing before the withdrawal period expires

• You may use our standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory

• After sending your withdrawal notice, you have 14 days to return the goods

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return, please ensure:

• Products are in original condition, unused or only inspected as necessary

• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all accompanying items are retained

• No artificial damage, scratches, or stains

• Proof of purchase provided (order number or invoice)

Note: Under Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code, if the value of goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be liable for the diminished value.

3. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized

• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

• Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software, once unsealed after delivery

Special Note: Custom color or special configuration audio products may not be eligible for no-reason returns. Please consult customer service before ordering.

4. Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

• We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

• If you have not yet returned the goods, we may delay the refund until we receive them or you provide proof of shipment

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be returned via your original payment method

• Credit/Debit Card: 3-7 business days

• PayPal: 1-3 business days

• Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days

Refund Amount:

• Full original product price

• Original shipping costs refunded (if applicable)

• If you chose more expensive shipping than standard, we only refund standard shipping costs

5. Return Shipping Costs

No-Reason Returns (Right of Withdrawal):

• Within EU: We provide free pickup service

• Outside EU: Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer

Quality Issue Returns:

• For returns due to product quality issues, shipping costs are covered by us

• We will arrange pickup

Under Article 56(2) of the Italian Consumer Code, unless we agree to bear the return costs, consumers shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

6. Exchange Service

If you wish to exchange for a different product or color, please follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service to request an exchange

2. Return the original product (same conditions as returns)

3. We will ship the new product after receiving your return

4. If prices differ, we will refund the difference or collect the additional amount

Exchange product delivery times are the same as normal orders.
